Trucker Can’t Decide Which Bridge To Take So She Takes Both
Little Rock, Arkansas – A semi-truck driver hauling mail had a difficult time choosing which ramp to take on Sunday along I-440 in Little Rock, so she ended up taking both.
According to the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT), the indecisive driver was traveling along westbound I-440 Sunday afternoon when she lost control of the tractor-trailer and crashed over the bridge guardrail.
The tractor then separated from the trailer, and incredibly, came to rest on an adjacent ramp.
Amazing images from the scene reveal the mangled cab partially hanging from one bridge while the trailer is on its side on the bridge behind.
Slow-going at the South Terminal Interchange. This mail truck couldn’t decide which ramp to take and ran out of time before making a decision. #artraffic is moving but slowly. Expect delays on I-440 and I-30. #ARnews https://t.co/HW2KmKkWZq pic.twitter.com/c56zc1bTJ6

The big rig also shed a fuel tank which dropped between the bridges and exploded in a fireball onto I-30 below, officials said.
Investigators also said another fuel tank, which remained on the cab, leaked onto I-30 as well.
Emergency crews were able to extricate the female driver.
She was taken to a nearby hospital.
Her condition is unknown at this time.
Astoundingly, no other injuries were reported.
ARDOT said traffic along I-440 and I-30 was backed up for several hours.
