Horrifying Accident Claims The Life Of 69-Year-Old Motorist
Saginaw County, Michigan – A 69-year-old St. Charles woman died Monday evening after colliding with a semi-truck in Saginaw County.
The horrific accident happened around 6:00 p.m. Monday evening in the northbound lanes of M-52. According to the Saginaw County Sheriff’s Office, the semi was backing into a drive on the east side of the road when a Malibu, driven by the victim, collided into the side of the trailer.
The collision ripped the roof of the car off and wedged the car underneath the trailer. The truck driver is a 33-year-old man who works for Go To Transport out of Bay City. He was uninjured in the crash. Police are continuing to investigate the accident.
