Rochelle Bartholomew grew up the proud daughter of a trucker.

Her father, Tom, founded CalArk in 1975.

As a teenager, Rochelle worked part time at CalArk during the summers learning the trucking tools of the trade. Upon graduating from the Walton School of Business, she joined CalArk full time and has served as the company’s President and CEO since 2000.

Rochelle was the recipient of Women In Trucking’s inaugural “Most Influential Woman in Trucking” award.
